Policies Regarding Cancellations

  • Mid-Cycle Cancellations: Cancellation can only be done at the end of the current billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations are not allowed.
    • All outstanding payments must be cleared before a cancellation can be processed.
  • No Immediate Effect: Cancellations are not immediate. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle. That is, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing cycle.
  • No Refunds for Prepaid Plans: Our policy states refunds are not provided for cancellations. This means that if you cancel your plan midway through the billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the cycle.
  • Yearly Plan Cancellations: If you are on an annual plan, the service will continue until the end of the yearly cycle, even if the cancellation request is made mid-year.
  • Enterprise Plan Cancellation: For enterprise plans, specific cancellation policies may apply as per contractual agreements.
  • Scheduled Cancellations: Cancellation requests are scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This policy is in place to allow you to utilize the service you have already paid for.
    • Downgrades and upgrades cannot be scheduled if a cancellation is already requested and pending.
    • Cancellation requests can be canceled any time before the end of the current billing cycle.
    • All data will be deleted post-plan cancellation. You must export your data before cancellation.
In summary, a Daton billing plan can only be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. You continue to have access until cancellation takes effect. Outstanding dues need to be cleared before cancellation.
