Executive Summary

A top-line view of various business KPIs which need to be monitored regularly (like Traffic, Transactions, Revenue, Conversion Rate, Avg Order Value etc.). A toggle menu helps to easily switch between views – comparison of current to last Date, Week and Month.

User can readily hypothesize which of the metrics is contributing to the movement of Transaction/Revenue and analyze the historic trend of that said metric (plots available) to confirm whether it’s an anomaly or seasonality or a regime change.

This section will help the user to understand the overall business status and helps to take decision on budgeting etc. for senior management.
