Why don't I see my data?

This is a common question we get from our customers. In most cases, the reason for not seeing your data is because Daton hasn't replicated all the data that is available in your source.

Daton processes historical data in batches. Each batch processes data for a few days at a time and this duration can typically vary between 7 days to 30 days of data per replication job.

For faster historical data replication, select frequency to be 1 hour

You can check how far the replication has come by taking the following steps -

Step 1 - Click on integration details

Click in one of those two location to be taken to the integration details page

Step 2 - Check the replicated up to field

Replicated Up To field is populated for tables that are set to load in incremental mode. This field indicates how far the replication has come. You will notice that this value changes are more jobs complete for the table.
